Iain and Sonny's Story
For young people like Sonny, the power of connection with a Trusted Adult Volunteer Mentor, like Iain, has been transformational.
From Boys Brigade, guide dog training and games of Dobble, to building on entrepreneurial potential – We caught up with Iain and Sonny at Forth valley Sensory Centre to find out more about their mentoring experience.
Register to become a Mentor
You can help a young person to realise their potential and find a path to a brighter future.
Young people across Forth Valley need someone to stand in their corner.
Having just one consistent trusted adult who believes in you, listens, and encourages you can be truly transformational. You don’t need any qualifications or mentoring experience, just the willingness to show up and support a local young person. We’ll provide all the training and guidance you need.
Mentoring doesn’t just change young lives – it changes yours too. Build confidence, develop new skills, and make a real difference in your community.
Just one hour a week could prove truly transformational.
