The charity is dedicated to addressing inequality in education outcomes, career opportunities, and life chances for care-experienced young people and those experiencing disadvantage. The programme revolves around 1:1 relationship-based mentoring, specifically designed to enhance the confidence, self-belief, and self-esteem of care-experienced young people.
Mentors dedicate just one hour every week to listen to their young person, creating a lasting impact.
