At MCR Pathways, we know support shouldn’t stop when young people leave school.

We want to help every young person move on to a positive next step; whether that’s university, college, an apprenticeship, training, or a job.

That’s why we’d love to hear from young people who have been part of our mentoring programme through our Your Future Survey. The survey is part of a long-term study looking at how young people are getting on after school, the impact their mentoring experience has had on helping them pursue positive futures, and how we can keep improving the support we offer.

If you’re aged 16–19 and have had 10 or more mentor meetings with MCR Pathways, we’d really appreciate you taking part. And if you know someone who fits the criteria, please share this with them too.

The all-important deadline

The survey closes on 7th June, and we’re looking for more eligible young people to get involved, share their experiences, and claim their rewards.

What’s in it for young people taking part?

As a thank you for their time — the survey takes around 25–30 minutes to complete online, we’re offering some great incentives:

• £20 reward – The first 100 young people to complete the survey will receive £20 via bank transfer or gift voucher.
• £1,000 prize draw – Everyone who completes the survey will also be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win £1,000.

Who can take part?

We’re looking for young people who:

• Are aged 16–19
• Have had at least 10 meetings with an MCR Pathways mentor.
