Every young person has a vital spark within them – a unique potential waiting to be seen, nurtured, and set alight. Through encouragement, empathy, and belief, mentors become the catalyst to igniting the vital spark. By nurturing this spark, mentors help young people to find the confidence to pursue their passions, talk about what matters, believe in themselves, and overcome challenges.
But the beauty of this idea is that transformation flows both ways. By giving one hour a week to help young people to uncover their inner light, you will discover something powerful within yourself too – a renewed sense of purpose, compassion and connection. You have it in you to ignite the vital spark.
Are you ready to ignite the vital spark of potential?

Phoebe, Mentee
There are many young people, just like phoebe, with incredible potential, but no one to help them see it. You can change that.
We support mentors from all walks of life, with different backgrounds and experiences. You may think you need to have a superpower or even a hero cape, but what we are really looking for is for you to see their vital spark of potential, help them believe in themselves and awaken ambition. Just like Becca.
