Colin leads the systems and evidence work behind MCR Pathways’ mentoring programmes. He designs, builds and secures the tools our teams use to record and manage their work, and leads the analysis that shows what difference mentoring makes for young people. His work ranges from data architecture and in-house software development to wellbeing measurement and analysis of school leaver destinations. He is committed to evidence that stands up to scrutiny, so that what we say about our impact is accurate and useful to the schools, funders and partners who rely on it.
