Swap your usual Friday afternoon for something a little more adventurous.
Join your colleagues and take on the legendary Zipslide at Strathclyde Country Park. Feel the adrenaline as you soar 1,000 feet across the loch, enjoy spectacular views, and cheer each other on – all while raising vital funds to help make our vision a reality: until every young person who needs one has a trusted adult to help them see their potential and find a path to a positive future.
Like every mentoring relationship, this challenge starts with a leap of faith. It takes courage for a volunteer mentor to say yes, and courage for a young person to trust someone new. When both take that first step, extraordinary things can happen. By stepping off the platform, you’ll be helping more young people and volunteer mentors take that first step together.
This is a team fundraising challenge, with everyone contributing towards a shared online fundraising page. Together, we’ll aim to raise £1,500 – around £150 per person – helping us reach more young people with the life-changing support of a volunteer mentor.
