Endeavour Academies Trust is recruiting for the role of MCR Pathways Programme Coordinator at Macmillan Academy in Middlesbrough. In this integral role you’ll be part of the school community, collaborating with education colleagues, the MCR central team and external stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for delivering our proven in-school mentoring programme building exceptional relationships with young people from Year 7 to Year 13.
