Physical company property

I confirm that I have returned all physical company property, such as:

• Company files and paperwork
• Hardware and electronic devices, USB flash drives, etc.
• Keys, security passes, name badges and business identification
• Any other business property not included above that I have in my possession

Electronic files, data and software

I also confirm that I am not in possession of any electronic files belonging to the organisation and that any electronic files, organisational data and licensed software have been removed from personally owned computers, handheld devices, and electronic media.

Intellectual Property

As per your employment contract, all intellectual property and related material that has been developed or produced by you on behalf of MCR Pathways during the continuance of your employment, will be the sole property of the MCR Pathways. The use of the Intellectual Property by MCR Pathways will not be restricted in any manner.

Confidentiality

During the continuance of your employment and after its termination, you shall not use to the detriment or prejudice of MCR Pathways or (except in pursuance of your employment with the MCR Pathways) divulge to any person any information of a confidential nature concerning the business, transactions, secrets or affairs of the company (and during your employment with MCR Pathways you shall use your best endeavours to prevent the disclosure of such information).
