MCR Pathways is transforming the educational outcomes, career opportunities and life chances of Glasgow’s disadvantaged and most vulnerable young people. We know that there is amazing potential and talent in our young people. But for many, that potential has yet to be discovered. Life experience has knocked the confidence out of some, firmly locking away those seeds of aspiration and hope.
We bridge talent with opportunity through relationship focused mentoring. Glaswegians of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life volunteer one hour a week to mentor a young person. The only qualification you need to mentor is to want to help a care experienced young person.
