MCR Pathways young person Afonso had the potential, but he needed his mentor Craig to encourage and support him to achieve all that he could. For Craig, being a mentor was an opportunity to help a young person who aspired for the career that he had. Thanks to Craig, Afonso is now in his second year of college and well on his way to becoming an engineer.
