MCR Pathways currently supports over 4,000 young people and we’re expanding our team so that we can support even more. We have recently started working with schools in Surrey and are now recruiting a Mentor Services Coordinator to support the recruitment and engagement of our volunteer mentors.
The successful candidate will have excellent relationship building and communication skills together with administration experience. For this role, you’ll need to be highly organised, have excellent desktop and database skills and a real attention to detail. You'll find the full job description and person specification below.
