MCR Pathways currently supports over 4,000 young people and we’re expanding our team so that we can support even more. This is a very exciting time for the organisation as from the end of 2021 we started working in Hertfordshire. We are now recruiting a Mentor Services Coordinator based at our office in Stevenage, to support the recruitment and engagement of our volunteer mentors in Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship building and communication skills together with administration experience. For this role, you’ll need to be highly organised, have excellent desktop and database skills and a real attention to detail. You'll find the full job description and person specification below.
