WELCOME to the MCR 2018 Impact Report. 2017/18 has seen the MCR model embedded in every secondary school in the city with many more profound examples of Glasgow’s most disadvantaged young people finding, growing and using their talents. At its heart is 1:1 relationship-based mentoring which provides the bridge for the city’s young people to realise their full potential.
